Sleep is an essential need of the human body. It helps to relax, repair the damage, and facilitate metabolism. About a third of human life is spent in sleep, whereas deep sleep accounts for only 25% of total sleep time. Because of this, a healthy sleep habit is one of the essential factors of a high quality of life.
