心臟病發作 Heart Attack
心臟病發（心肌梗塞）發生在當流向心臟的血液因血栓而出現阻塞時。由於沒有氧氣供應，心臟肌肉中需要氧氣的部分開始死亡。
全美有超過一百萬人出現心臟病發情況，將近半數人因此死亡。而他們當中有一半的人在病發後送醫前一小時內已經過世。

A heart attack (myocardial infarction) occurs when blood flow to the heart is blocked due to a blood clot. Without oxygen, the section of the heart muscle that needs the oxygen begins to die.
More than 1 million people in the US suffer from a heart attack, and about half of them will die. Half of those deaths happen within 1 hour of the start of symptoms and before reaching the hospital.
